Accessibility statement

The requester-facing pages and clerk application use semantic HTML, labeled forms, visible focus styles, keyboard-operable controls, and reduced-motion handling where animation is present. We have not yet recorded completed contrast or screen-reader testing, so this statement does not claim verified conformance.

Standard

Our goal is WCAG 2.1 Level AA for requester-facing pages and the clerk application. This is a target, not a certification of current conformance. Keyboard-only and VoiceOver release checks are planned but have not yet been evidenced.

Known limitations

A full keyboard-only and VoiceOver pass of every flow has not yet been recorded; until it is, individual issues may exist.
The clerk queue uses table rows that act as links; they are keyboard-activatable (Enter or Space) but a dedicated link control is planned.
Where the optional human-verification step is enabled on intake forms, that widget is provided by Cloudflare and its accessibility characteristics are theirs.
PDF documents delivered by agencies reflect whatever the agency uploads; we encourage accessible source documents.
