Public records belong to everyone, so the intake and tracking pages residents use are built to be accessible: semantic HTML, labeled forms, visible keyboard focus, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion support, and screen-reader tested flows.
We target WCAG 2.1 AA for all requester-facing pages and the clerk application, and test with keyboard-only navigation and VoiceOver as part of release checks.
PDF documents delivered by agencies reflect whatever the agency uploads; we encourage accessible source documents.
If anything is hard to use with assistive technology, email hello@requestwell.com โ accessibility reports go to the top of the queue.
