The clock starts
Target dates run on your configured rules — business days, holidays, cutoff times. Pause, extend, or override with a recorded reason. Reminders arrive before anything slips.
Answer and close the file
Correspond with the requester, keep internal notes separate, deliver documents by secure expiring link, and export the complete record — messages, documents, and every action taken.
The activity history
An answer for “who did what, and when?”
Every action appends to a hash-chained history that can’t be quietly edited — anchored daily to tamper-evident storage. When a request is questioned, print the record.
Append-only by design: corrections are recorded as new entries, never edits. Your auditor will understand it in one glance.
