RequestWell provides records-request intake, tracking, correspondence, and delivery tooling for public agencies. Service is month-to-month and may be canceled at any time. Before offboarding, administrators can export the account request index and per-request JSON; document files require a separate retrieval process.
RequestWell does not provide legal advice and does not determine statutory deadlines. Target dates are computed from rules your agency configures. Your agency remains responsible for its legal obligations.
Agencies use the service for records-request administration. No unlawful content, no attempts to breach tenant isolation, no abuse of intake forms.
Pilot-stage service. Infrastructure includes automatic failure alerting, continuous point-in-time database backups, and versioned document storage. A database restore procedure was tested in our development environment in September 2026; production recovery procedures are documented and will be exercised on a recurring schedule as the pilot matures. Support is available by email; no response-time commitment is currently offered.
$79/month pilot or $149/month standard; both are month-to-month, and annual invoicing is available. If a pilot remains continuously subscribed, the $79 rate applies for its first 12 months; this is not a 12-month commitment. If a payment fails, service continues unchanged through a 21-day grace period. After the grace period, or on cancellation, new public intake and new document uploads pause — agency staff keep read, correspondence, export, and document-delivery access. Records are never withheld over a billing issue.
Service provided as-is during the pilot; our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
